Regarding Equipment Shipment
Please bear the shipping costs for both sending and returning the equipment.
For USB flash drives, SD cards, MicroSD cards, and SSDs, we recommend using Letter Pack Light by Japan Post (flat rate nationwide). Kindly enclose a return Letter Pack Light with your shipment.
For hard drives and computer units, please protect the items thoroughly with adequate cushioning materials and place them in a sturdy cardboard box before sending via a parcel delivery service (takkyubin). Return shipping will be handled as freight collect (cash on delivery).
(Please do not send using Letter Pack or simplified packaging methods, as they may result in damage to the equipment.)
